Oxford Capital lends against Australian real property and holds the first registered mortgage, the first-ranking claim on the security. We keep the lending short and disciplined, concentrated within 15 to 20 kilometres of the Sydney CBD, where demand is deep and values are well understood. The income earned on that lending flows through to investors each quarter.
